Twitter Vs. Facebook

As I was browsing through Mashable today, I noticed a post that really grabbed my attention! Twitter vs. Facebook; a web faceoff! Interesting, I thought to myself.

Mashable explained that they have had several web faceoffs where they let two popular web apps battle it out via reader vote. To enter, but only one can win the coveted title. In the social media industry today, Twitter and Facebook have both been the major attention getters. Facebook is the world’s largest social network, while Twitter is considered by most the hottest, so says Mashable. They have compared Twitter and Facebook (I think we all have), but they’ve never actually put them head-to-head.

Their question for the social platform users is: “Facebook or Twitter, which one do you prefer?” You can vote in the poll by going to  http://mashable.com/2009/10/12/faceoff-twitter-facebook/ Votes will be taken until noon EST on Friday October 16th. Let the battle begin! And don’t worry; I will update everyone of the Twitter vs. Facebook outcome!
