Facebook Implements New Insights Tool
As of last night, Facebook has begun to implement a handy new post insights tool. This tool allows page administrators to see how many impressions each post receives, and what percentage of those impressions result in likes, comments or clicks, according to All Facebook.

While it’s still unclear what Facebook considers an impression, these detailed analytics should help administrators improve their post quality by letting them see how specific content is faring with fans. This is key for marketers, who need to ensure they’re engaging their fans as much as possible, and offering content that really sparks interest. We’ve seen them this morning on a few of our admin pages, and so far, it’s already offering a lot of great feedback!
This is just another step for Facebook as they continue to improve page insights, and we hope more improvements are still to come! Knowing who your Facebook fans are and what inspires them is really an invaluable tool.
