Your Site on the iPad – How Does it Measure Up?

Touchscreens are the future – I don’t think there’s any doubt about that. But the widespread use of this new technology means changes across the board for the way websites are designed & marketed. Using your finger to navigate the web is entirely different than using a mouse.

For marketers, the launch of the iPad will mean a whole lot of consumers will be looking at your website from a different perspective – so how will it measure up? Well, even if you’re sans iPad for the time being, there’s a cool new tool that will allow you to look and see.

The iPad Peek lets you look at how your site (or any other) looks on an iPad.  The major difference, as Mashable noted, is that this tool does allow you to view Flash, which the iPad doesn’t. So, they recommend disabling your Flash plugin for a more accurate view. Otherwise, check it out, see how the hottest new interactive trend is showcasing your site!
