Kindle Lovers: This One’s For You

For those of you who have fallen in love with Kindle and for those of you who enjoy reading but are not familiar with this device, you’ll be happy to know that Amazon is making a version of the Kindle software for the PC as well as the Mac. You can find the PC version of Kindle, now available online as a free download in over 100 countries.

I went ahead and downloaded the Kindle for PC and for someone who hasn’t had much Kindle experience, this download was fast and user-friendly. I continued to the Kindle store where I found a TON of books for my enjoyment. I downloaded a sample of Twilight to get a feel of how I would be reading online and I have to admit this is great stuff!!!

For you Kindle users and lovers, no matter which Kindle platform you happen to be reading on, Amazon’s Whispersync technology will save and synchronize your stopping place and any bookmarks you’ve created. It’s a seamless reading experience even as you change devices.

The Kindle PC version also has an added advantage of allowing readers to view content, including graphic novels and other graphic sensitive titles in color! For Windows 7 users, you will have the ability to use your fingers to enhance your reading experience. Zoom in and out and swipe with your finger to turn to the next page.

I will continue to explore this cutting edge technology as it develops, and experiment with the many features that Kindle rolls out.
