What I’m Thankful For – Felicity Nava
It’s amazing how the holidays remind us of what’s important. As I prepare myself for the upcoming holidays, I am reminded of who and what has made me who I am today.
There is so much that I am thankful for this year. Without my family and friends, my holidays would not be celebrated with warm hugs, laughs, board games and discussions! A wonderful career! I have been given a great opportunity this year to work with a great team and wonderful clients.
But let’s move a little further through the year to about the time that I discovered the Kindle!! Okay, okay, I didn’t discover the Kindle on my own, Jenn, of course, had something to do with my introduction to this interesting device. At first I didn’t take to the Kindle for two reasons. One, I’m not too fond of reading
. And two, when I do choose to read a great book, there’s nothing quite like reading straight from the pages, right?! So needless to say, I went on with my week, Kindleless.
Last week, I came across the Kindle again, but this time it was a different type of Kindle! This particular Kindle I actually did discover on my own – Kindle PC! And let me tell you, I’m so thankful that I did! I have found myself wanting to download more and more books PC to read on my PC.

It’s great to be able to read a book where I can control the font size and not have to worry about reading material piling up on the side of my bed, available for the “lovely” Lola (my dog)! That’s a different “thankful” story! And reading a great book in bed isn’t as bad as I thought it would be … I get a great story and internet shopping all in one! What more could a gal ask for?
